Ronald S. Motil

Ronald S. Motil

Edwardsville, Illinois

Ronald S. Motil concentrates his practice in representing people and families who have claims and causes of action for personal injuries, workers' compensation and wrongful death. He has vast experience representing clients who were injured on the job, seriously injured in automobile and trucking accidents and on the unsafe property of others.

Prior to attending college, Ron worked for a short time as a steelworker at the Granite City Steel factory (now U.S. Steel). As a result of this background and experience working at the steel mill and as the son of a union steelworker, he understands the worries, pressures and need for benefits that his clients suffer when they are injured on the job or in accidents.

Ron has tried cases in the Circuit Courts of Madison, St. Clair, Williamson and Marion counties of Illinois and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois. He has also won benefits for many injured workers in the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission at various dockets throughout the State of Illinois and before the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation at various dockets throughout the State of Missouri.
