Jean Maguire graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2008, having previously obtained her bachelor's degree in International Studies and French from St. Louis University. Following law school, Ms. Maquire worked for three years at a small law firm focusing on plaintiff's litigation, specifically personal injury. She is admitted to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois. Currently, Ms. Maquire is working on behalf of injured plaintiffs in mass tort, multidistrict litigation and plaintiff personal injury litigation.

She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Missouri State Bar Association and American Association for Justice.
